Unfortunately the PLO Delegation in Washington cannot renew your passport. All passports must be sent to Palestine for renewal. Note that this process can take up to one month.
In Palestine a family member or a friend can renew the passport for you at the Interior Ministry of the Palestinian National Authority. In order for that to happen, the friend or family member must have a special power of attorney.
Please adhere to the following instructions to obtain a power of attorney:
- Sign the documents in front of Notary Public
- Send FOUR pictures with a blue color background
- Send a money order of $50 payable to CASH
- Include a self-addressed stamped envelope
- Include your address, telephone number, fax and e-mail if available

توقيع الوثائق أمام كاتب العدل
إرسال أربع صور بخلفية زرقاء اللون
إرسال حوالة مالية $50 واجب الدفع إلي (CASH) نقداً
إرفاق مغلف عودة عليه طوابع و عنوان و رقم هاتف المستلم
(لتأمين التسلم السريع ارفق ظرف بريد سريع بعنوانك
