Changes for Real Estate, Land and General Power of Attorney

1-The PLO Delegation will no longer certify General powers of attorney granting the right to sell land
2-General and special powers of attorney must include a clause stating this document does not grant my attorney in fact the right to sell or otherwise dispose of land or real estate
3-Transfer or sale of land and real-estate can be done by Durable powers of attorney only
4-All clients must be present at the Missions offices in Washington to sign Durable powers of attorney (please call to make an appointment before coming to Washington) or one of our designated offices listed below.
5-We will certify Durable powers of attorney only after verifying ownership of the land mentioned in the POA

Acceptable documents verifying ownership :

1-Land deed showing that signatory in fact owns shares in the property
2-Land deed and Inheritance statement showing that signatory inherited shares in the property
1-Clear legible copies of original documents must be available at time of signing.

يرجى إتباع الاجراءات التالية لتنظيم الوكالات العقارية

1-لا تسادق البعثة على وكالات عامة تشمل حق بيع العقارات.
2-يجب تعديل الوكالات العامة والخاصة بإضافة جملة “يستثنى من احكام هذه الوكالة البيع و التنازل عن الاموال غير المنقولة”
3-يتم بيع أو تنازل عن العقارات بموجب وكالة دورية فقط
4-يجب الحضور شخصيا إلى مكب البعثه بواشنطن للتوقيع و إتمام المعامله العقاريه (يرجى تحديد موعد قبل الحضور لواشنطن) أو إلى أي من المكاتب المعتمدة لدنيا المدرجة أدناه
5-يتم تصديق الوكالة دورية فقط بعد إثبات الملكية

وثائق إثبات الملكية
1-سند تسجيل عقار من دائرة الاراضي عليه إسم الموكِل
2-سند تسجيل عقار من دائرة الاراضي عليه إسم المورث و وثيقة حصر إرث
3-يجب ان تكون اثباتات الملكية صور واضحة و مقروءة

The PLO mission is pleased to announce that, due to the hardship experienced my many of in our community due to the “appearing in person” requirement for some types of powers of attorney, we have signed notary services agreement with offices in locations in Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Below is a list of locations and fees.

(واشنطن) بالاعلان عن توقيع اتفاقيات بينها و بين مكاتب خدمات في مدينة شيكاغو و ديترويت و سان فرانسيسكو و لوس انجلوس و هذا للصعوبه التي يواجهها المواطنون من بند “الحضور شخصياً ” لتصديق بعض انواع الوكلات و مدرج ادناه اسماء و عناوين المكاتب المعتمده بالإضافه إلى قائمة الرسوم المطلوبه
